A quick word on safety
A registry is a wish list, not a safety guarantee. Two evidence-based habits matter more than any single product:
Safe sleep
The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends babies sleep alone, on their back, on a firm flat surface, with nothing loose in the crib — no blankets, pillows, bumpers, or plush toys — for at least the first year. Blankets and stuffed animals on this page are for play and cuddling while awake, not for the sleep space.
Registry gear
For car seats, cribs, and anything baby sleeps in or rides in, buy new when you can and check the model against current CPSC recall notices before use. Follow the weight and age ranges on each product’s own listing.

Registry FAQ
When should I start my registry?
Most parents start early in the second trimester. Creating it early gives you time to research and take advantage of the completion discount closer to your due date.
How many items should I add?
Aim for a range of price points so every guest can find something. Mixing a few big-ticket items with plenty of smaller books, toys, and essentials tends to leave the fewest gaps.
Are these products nurse-tested?
No — and any site claiming to lab-test dozens of baby products should be read with caution. These are curated and reviewed from public specifications, safety standards, and parent feedback by a registered nurse. Always follow each product’s own instructions and age guidance.
